Payment & Refund Policy

1.    Payment Methods
Payments are accepted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) only, via the following methods:

-    Cash.
-    Bank transfer

-    Credit/Debit Cards.

2.    Refund Policy
-    Cash & bank transfer payments: Refunds will be processed within 72 working hours.
-   Credit/Debit card payments: Refunds may take 7 - 15 days, depending on the card type and the issuing bank’s policies.

In case of issues related to credit/debit card payments:
Case 1: If the customer’s payment has been successfully credited to TERRISA’s account, the amount will be refunded accordingly.

Case 2: If the payment has not yet been credited to TERRISA’s account, store staff are not authorized to handle the case directly. Customers will be guided to contact their bank for further assistance. Afterward, staff will assist customers in completing payment via another method, such as cash or bank transfer.

Note: TERRISA will never request customers to provide any card security information, including card number, CVV/CVC/CSC, or other confidential details.
