Shipping Policy

*Delivery Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:30 - 20:30.
Sunday: 08:30 - 17:30.

I/ STANDARD DELIVERY FEES 

- Estimated delivery time:
Regular days: within 5 hours
Holidays & Tet: within 12 hours

- Orders must be placed by 7:00 PM for same-day delivery.
(Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be delivered on the following day).

- Shipping fees are calculated based on the Grab App rate, with an additional service fee applied under the standard delivery option.

- Customers who require faster delivery may choose the express delivery option.

Shipping PolicyExample: For new customers within a 3 km radius, with an order value of VND 600,000, if the shipping fee shown on the Grab app is X, the customer will receive a VND 10,000 discount. The shipping fee payable by the customer will be X - VND 10,000.

 

II/ EXPRESS DELIVERY FEES

- Estimated delivery time: within 2 hours

- Shipping fees are calculated based on the Grab App rate, or customers may arrange their own delivery service. A standard service fee applies, with COD (Cash on Delivery) available if applicable.

- Payment methods: Customers may pay in advance via bank transfer or choose COD if they arrange their own delivery service.

- For self-booked delivery with COD, the maximum order value is VND 2,000,000.

Shipping PolicyExample: For new customers or customers with annual purchases below VND 10,000,000, with an order value of VND 1,555,000, if the shipping fee displayed on the Grab app is X, the customer will receive support of up to VND 20,000. The remaining shipping fee payable by the customer will be X - VND 20,000.

 

Notes:

  • The final shipping fee is the fee confirmed at the time of order placement and may vary depending on the time of day or peak hours.
  • For corporate orders, shipping fee support will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our hotline at 0789 244 361 for consultation.
  • For store staff: If a promotional code is available, it may be applied for the customer; however, customers must be clearly informed to avoid discrepancies where a discount appears during checking but is not applied at the time of actual booking.
  • Before receiving the order and making payment, customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the external condition of the product. If any abnormalities are found, customers have the right to refuse delivery.
