Are you used to enjoying fresh grapes every day? Why not try a little twist and turn them into delicious, smooth grape jam - sweet, nutritious, and incredibly easy to make at home.
With just 3 basic ingredients: grapes, sugar, and a splash of lemon juice, you can create a jar of all-natural grape jam, preservative-free and safe for the whole family. This jam pairs perfectly with bread, yogurt, or even in refreshing drinks.

Ingredients:
2 kg seedless grapes (red, black, or green)
1 kg white sugar
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

How to make grape jam at home
Prepare: Wash grapes and drain. Cut in half or leave whole, as you prefer.
Cook: Add grapes, sugar, and lemon juice to a pot. Simmer over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the grapes release juice.
Thicken: Once boiling, continue cooking on low heat for 30-40 minutes until the jam thickens.

Check consistency: Drop a few drops of jam onto a plate, chill for 1 minute. If it wrinkles when pressed, it’s ready; if not, cook for 2 more minutes.
Optional: Blend with a hand blender for a smoother texture.
Store: Let cool completely, transfer into sterilized glass jars, and refrigerate.
Tips from TERRISA
Choose naturally sweet grapes for a balanced flavor without needing too much sugar.
For a unique twist, add a hint of cinnamon or vanilla while cooking.
The longer grape jam sits, the richer the flavor - making it a perfect homemade gift for family and friends.
