VAT Invoice Policy

TERRISA only accepts requests for VAT invoice issuance at the time of purchase, as detailed below:
1.    Customers who require a VAT invoice are kindly requested to provide complete invoicing information (company name, address, tax code, email, and phone number) at the checkout counter or before payment is completed.
2.    The VAT invoice will be sent to the customer’s provided email address no later than the next working day (D+1), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
3.    All listed prices already include VAT.

Note: TERRISA does not accept requests for VAT invoice issuance after the purchase date.
